What We Do
We obtain our clients information from a referred based system we have in place with real estate agents and brokers across the nation. From having a client’s information, we assist with any purchase or refinance need. Our exclusive service allows us to have a more intimate understanding of how we can help a client make a stressful process a positive one.
As a mortgage broker, we search several mortgage wholesalers to understand what the best financial solution will be. Every client has a completely different story, and our goal is to fully understand the process beyond the cost and interest rate. Length of time in the home, plans for the future and potential expansion of the family are some of the things we strive to understand to making sure the perfect option is presented. Once we have all the data needed, we then work for you to show how and why the option presented makes the most sense.

This team was the best of the best and made a very stressful process seem to easy! Seriously cannot recommend them enough. We had talked with several other lenders/officers before finding Assure and we immediately knew this was the one for us after just a short phone call with Julian. He really went above and beyond to help educate us, walk us through the process of buying our first home, and communicate with us so efficiently. He was always there to answer our questions no matter how silly they were. We were working with a very tight timeline to close and Julian really had our back the entire time and worked some magic to help make sure it all went smoothly. brandon persaud5 StarThomas was simply the best he knows exactly what he is doing and he responds literally so fast with any questions the process was so simple and so easy I couldn’t ask for a better person. He is so knowledgeable you can tell he’s been doing this for a while very professional but felt like family I appreciate him so much. Everything he needed he worked so diligently and fast to obtain any documents he’s literally on top of everything. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone this was the most stress free closing ever he will set a date for closing and he will make sure we close on that date Thomas was literally phenomenal if I have to go through this process again I will definitely be returning!Thursday 9th May 2024
