I am giving this company four stars because they have been awesome to work with. The first time I talked to Armando, it wasn’t a good time for me to refinance, however, I called him a few months later and he got the ball rolling. We had not been in our new home 1 year but, he moved swiftly as possible to get us what we needed. What was even more important to me was the fact that everyone that worked with us was just nice and positive, that the outcome could be good. The customer service was absolutely the best from beginning to end. I got updates weekly and no matter when I called, they never made me feel like I was a bother. I work with the public and have for 38 years…. And believe me good customer service matters. To Armando, Angelo and Shaun, thank you so much for all your hard work and most of all, your patience! You guys “Rock!” Continue the great work that you do on behalf of individuals and families everywhere. I highly recommend this company for home finance and refinancing needs. They have called me every day for the past week. Every time they call I tell them I am not interested and that I never contacted them for any service. I asked to be put on the do not call list but was told they have no such thing. Today they called again and I again said I am not interested and asked for them to stop calling. The man said okay but kept wanting to have a conversation. I told him I am not interested so there’s no need to answer their questions. He ended up telling me if I could not cut him off while he was talking… seriously ? I already stated I was not interested, there was no need to keep talking. Hung up on him. Annoying.

I was a bit skeptical about going through Central Mortgage Funding as I did my research beforehand, but after praying on it and the loan officer explaining everything to me several times without being pushy my husband and I decided to proceed with our refi through them. Brooke was honest, caring, hardworking and even answered my text message while she was not at work and sick. If she didn't know an answer to a question, she made sure we got the answer. The process was easy and stress free. Everything went as planned and as they said it would. Everyone we worked with at Central Mortgage Funding was professional and got back to us right away, we even closed on our refi sooner than expected. Our mortgage with our original lender was paid off within 3 days of closing just as we were told. I would recommend Central Mortgage Funding to anyone and will use them again if ever needed. Thank you to Central Mortgage Funding for helping us and making this process easy, we appreciate each of you.

Working with Bria was extremely pleasant and actually fun. She was able to provide me with detailed answers for all of my questions and concerns which really made a difference for me going through the process. She was extremely personal and patient with me. I wouldn’t dare think of going through anyone else concerning refinancing my home, land or property. The process was fast , pleasant and thorough. Thanks again Bria !
