Super glad we chose Christian Hall as our mortgage lender for our refinance. He made everything so simple for us, and had great communication throughout the process. Finding a mortgage lender was a bit of a daunting task, but we had such peace of mind working with Christian. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Handling a mortgage is not something I would trust just anyone with. Working with Christian to refi was a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable of the whole process and was able to describe each step of the process with clarity. He was very open and honest with me and the only times I actually had to talk to someone in person was during our appraisal and the notery to sign when we closed.
