He took his time explaining all aspects of the home buying process which was greatly appreciated as I am a first time home buyer. He made himself available even on late evenings & weekends to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to help us secure the home by calling the sellers agent to give them confidence that my offer was the offer they should accept!
