I had originally reached out to Britini to purchase a home but my credit wasn’t where it needed to be. She advised me on what needed to be done and we will revisit the subject in 6 months. I enjoyed working with her so much, I referred my aunt for her home purchase. She just called to let me know her my uncle closed on their first home. My aunt is retired and I’m so happy she was able to experience such great customer service. She was literally in tears when I spoke to her. Britain is more than a mortgage loan officer. She is family.

We were a couple of days away from closing when all of the sudden we were back in underwriting. This was extremely confusing for us, as the person we were working directly with had informed us that we were 100% approved by the underwriter, and all that was left was to receive the closing disclosure, and close a few days later. Closing date got pushed back with no explanation, and after digging, our agent discovered that our rate had never been locked in the week prior as it should have been. Suddenly, we were being asked for more information that was never required before, as if they were attempting to cover up their mistake and place the blame on us. We were attempting to gather information they were requesting, when the closing date got pushed back again. We decided to work with a different lender and were very transparent with this company when informing them we would no longer be needing their services. Ironically enough, after waiting multiple days to receive a closing disclosure that was never happening despite reassurance that it was on the way, they were QUICK to send out an email letting us know that we were denied the loan due to debt, even though we were approved and debt was never an issue. Again, attempting to cover their tracks and place blame on us instead of accepting responsibility for not doing their jobs. This company cost us(as well as the sellers)extra money all because they weren't doing their job as expected.Unfortunately for us, we did not have the same experience other reviewers had with this company. Everything was extremely unprofessional due to laziness, lack of proper communication, and inability to take responsibility for their faults. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who is on the market for a lender.

I moved to Florida in 2023 and bought what I hope is going to be my forever home. But with everything being so expensive these days and with the interest rates being sky high… I was paying more to keep the roof above my head vs enjoy my home. I attempted a refinance and got discouraged really quickly with the offers out there. I answered Britni Boglin’s call by fluke one day and upon realizing she was calling about my long ago query to refinance, I almost told her that I wasn’t interested. Thank God, I did not. She patiently explained the whole process and reassured me with regards to all my crazy concerns. That was the first call a month ago. I closed on my refinance last night and she has been a God send through this whole process. She hunted for the best deals on my behalf and kept me in the loop and explained everything every step of the way. I will sleep easy tonight knowing that the mortgage payments won’t empty my bank every month. Thank you Britni 😊
