Brittany at Excel Mortgage Lending couldn’t have done a better job, and I myself am a loan officer with another company entirely so that should tell you something! I was treated with respect and my loan was handled with the utmost integrity. Being in the industry, I already knew additional info would be required throughout process, however Brittany went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way as well as staying ahead of the curve on a few items. I have financed and refinanced many properties over the years and this one by far was the most pleasant and comfortable experience. Everything was done in a super speed fashion that was easy to understand, it was just a great experience. I loved the little videos that came via email to keep you up to date as well as the personal attention and reponsiviness of my broker Britany Murad. She really knows her stuff and is honest, trustworthy and does what she says she will do.
