Miriam is very detail oriented, asked for items needed in a clear, concise manner. Very helpful, easy to talk to and could call when we had questions. Had helpful answers and very responsive. This was the easier process I have had with a lender. I highly recommend using her, for a seamless process. We even were able to close a week early! So glad to meet Miriam through in-laws. After hard experience with other lenders trying to refinance unsuccessfully my variable rate she worked with me so hard to get me the best rate out there with a cash out too.
