It was a misunderstanding and he was very attentive while helping me. So I appreciate the work ethics of David Sheppard. WORK WITH HIM U WONT REGRET IT

On September 8, 2018 I issued a refund for my appraisal due to the fact that I decided not to go along with the home offer anymore. I wrote a check for the appraisal August 24, 2018 and they took it out immediately and told me they would do the appraisal that following Tuesday and I would receive an email, needless to say by September 8th they still had not done the appraisal or did not give any updates on what was going on. So September 8th, 2018 I told them I needed my refund he said he would mail everything including my tax forms with no problem and it's literally a month later and I have not recieved anything! It took 2 seconds to take it out but a whole month to even attempt to mail it. I need my money and instead of being considerate of the fact that I have been this nice about it. They procrastinate to give me my money. It's very unprofessional to make excuses for why you can't even mail a check/tax forms when it takes literally seconds to drop it in a mailbox at anytime and not knowing when you'll be back in the office because of holidays.
