Great Lakes Lending helped me refinance my home recently and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process. Dean Toma helped me along the way and he was amazing. He was very professional, informative and responsive. He made refinancing my home seamless and I feel like I got the best deal out there. I would 100% recommend this company and Dean especially! I just want to say my experience with Great Lakes lending was awesome. Renee is the hardest working person I’ve ever met in my life, she is really on the ball when it comes to making a great deal happen, very responsive and informative through the whole process. It was so many obstacles that we had to overcome to get through the process but she never got frustrated and she stayed professional the whole journey even when I was getting frustrated. I’m a spiritual person and I feel like if it wasn’t for the good Lord sending her my way my refinance would not have happened so I’m grateful for that, so again I say thank you Great Lakes lending (Renee) you are greatly appreciated. You have a bright future ahead of you!!!

Over the past month I have gotten at least 20 phone calls looking to refinance my house. All the companies offered very similar rates and I was about to go with one of them until I got a call by a very nice man named Brandon. Brandon not only beat everyone's rates but demolished them. He made the process so simple for me and saved me a huge amount of money that I can now use elsewhere. Great Lakes Lending will get all of my business for life and I cant thank them enough.

I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse Great Lakes Lending. We had some challenges that made have made another brokerage walk away. Instead, Preston rolled up his sleeves and got things done. I am retired career military and haven't seen a commitment to excellence and mission accomplishment like Preston and his crew demonstrated since I left the service. Well done.
