As a realtor I worked with Jim on a transaction with a couple of first time home buyers. Jim is very communication and easy to work with. He worked diligently to make sure they were taking advantage of every program possible for them to bring as little funds as possible to the closing table. Between Jim’s work on the lender side and my negotiating for seller concessions our clients paid less than $6,500 out of pocket to get their first house! Having a great team is so important when buying a house, and Jim was such a valuable teammate in getting this deal closed!

Jim helped my wife and I with a HELOC. From day one Jim communicated the process in a clear and concise way. He listened to our needs and suggested the best product to meet our needs. Jim made himself available as we needed. He was patient and answered all the questions we had. If he didn’t know something, he got the answers for us. I would call Jim a subject matter expert in the mortgage industry. Overall working with Jim didn’t feel like just a business transaction.
