Robert Wolff5 StarWe started off using a veterans United agent for our loan until we found Michael and his company. We quickly switched to Michael because we had questions on the weekend (and our veterans United agent wasn’t available on weekends and sometimes during the week) whereas Michael said to call him anytime and I did! I called him on weekends and the best part (even though he was out with his family and friends) he answered or got back to me and helped me answer my questions. I got the house Wednesday this week and I couldn’t be happier with using Michael. You won’t regret working with Michael on that I’m sure.Sunday 19th May 2024

I always felt as if Mike was right there next to me explaining the whole process so I wasn’t doing anything blind. My refinance was hard because of a few factors, so it didn’t happen quick, but that wasn’t Innovations fault. They did everything they could to remedy the situation asap.
