Greg Tucker5 StarI just did a cash out refinance with Nations. I worked from start to finish with Johnathan Senna. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He always answered my calls within minutes, any time I called him. He answered my questions professionally and timely.
He even got me a lower interest rate from what was quoted!

He kept in constant contact and updating us on everything. It took about 2.5 weeks to fully refinance which is impressive since it was a VA loan. I had originally started this process with a different lender and shortly before my scheduled closing I decided to start a new application with Nations Mortgage. I AM SO VERY GLAD THAT I DID!!! Not only did they get me an interest rate that was a whole point lower than the other lender, but they also got me approved for a LARGER LOAN AMOUNT THAN THE OTHER LENDER!!! I was blessed enough to work with Michelle and Michael throughout this process. Michael was great, he always kept me informed of what was going on and what to expect. He went out of his way to make sure that I was thoroughly informed during each step of the process. Michael was very professional! As for Michelle, I could not have asked for anyone more professional, thorough, and helpful! It seemed to me like she was doing the work of three or four people!!! She was constantly calling this place, messaging that place, setting this up, faxing that, etc. She was always a step ahead of me because every question I had, it was as though she knew what I was going to ask because she ALWAYS had the answer ready! Michelle made me feel like family and her and Michael made this whole process much more easier than I could have imagined!!! Thank you guys so very much for everything and for all of your help.
