Phil was amazing!! I just wanna say Thank you so much for walking us through buying my mom her new home. He really stepped up and help my mother from out of state. There were many hoops for us to jump through. He was clam and worked with three of us to get this taken care of. I don't know what we would have done without his assistance through this difficult situation we were in. I would give him ten stars if I could. I definitely would recommend him to anyone buying a new home. We will definitely keep in touch.
