The BEST lender ever. Seriously!! I am a realtor and have done many deals with other lenders and I am just blown away by Sara’s work ethic and determination! She has already helped FOUR of my buyers this year and they all told me how impressed they were with her. She can literally do the impossible! Just recently - my buyer wanted to use his lender that has been helping them get approved for a home for TWO YEARS! He ended up giving us a conventional preapproval. 21 days into closing, they said they gave us the wrong preapproval and the buyer was actually approved for FHA only! This home that they LOVED did not accept FHA loans. We were about to lose our $5,000 binder and this beautiful home!! I called Sara and she got us to the closing table ON TIME!! I am so thankful to have met such a wonderful lender who is committed and amazing at what she does!!

Absolutely a 5 star! We met our Loan Officer Sara Hoxha with Extreme Loans mid last year. We were very frustrated because the housing market is so crazy and I wanted to give up. Sara worked with us on how we could work our finances to reach a better mortgage pre approval. Her advice definitely worked!! Shortly after the second pre approval, we found a house and within 30 days we closed on our home. Sara was amazing to work with! AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! We refinanced through va and from day one until closing she answered every call, every text, kept us in the loop every step of the way. And at the very end fought tooth and nail to get us the most cash back we could get. SARA is amazing and Ashlee her assistant was just as helpful! Thank you guys !
