I hired Steven Moore to sell my home in Garden City, Michigan. He did a great job overall. Out of all the agents I interviewed Steven presented himself very well, demonstrated confidence in his abilities, and provided a more thorough evaluation of my home and it's value. He has a positive attitude and is also very friendly. I believe some areas could use a little bit of improvement. For example, I was told I would be able to view the photos of my home prior to listing online and I didn't receive them until after. Some documents I requested took longer to receive than I felt they should have (inspection report was one). A few times the communication wasn't 100% and information I provided was incorrect or I would tell Steven/his team something and later have to repeat it again because they didn't remember/make note of it--this is something I personally hate having to do. I requested two separate contracted workers be paid for their services out of my proceeds and when the payments were sent out they were either sent to the other contractor or the amounts had been accidentally flipped around, I can't remember exactly. These were just a few inconveniences I experienced and in my opinion they don't deserve to be categorized as anything major. I am a perfectionist and have extremely high expectations. I am happy that my home sold in less than a week and we closed around one month later. I really appreciated Steven and his team being efficient with this particilar part of the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to trust and hire Steven again in the future. I do believe he thrives more as a buyers agent than a sellers agent, but overall I am happy with the services I had been provided.

Mr. Steven Moore and his team is very cohesive, professional, and just amazing at what they do. Steven was attentive to the fine details and advised me on what to improve on months before I was ready to sell so that the home was ready to go when the time came. He is really the best. For any needs in the the southeast area of Michigan, he knows the market inside out. Steven Moore has my full recommendation. Thank you for everything!
