James Fuller5 StarDevon was my lead on this, and got me $30k more than my existing mortgage company offered. Devon was on top of everything! He even helped me get my number on the national do not call registry, which reduced my offers.
Justin and Kris were great on their part. When I gave a name for my wife that didn’t match her state ID (long story!) they quickly corrected the paperwork to allow closing the same day. I highly recommend Turbo!Monday 19th May 2025

I was in the processing of getting my loan completed with two other companies, even though they stared working on the loan 30 days before Ron, he was able to get my loan closed the quickest. They were the fasted and they had the best rate and lowest fees. If you are looking to get your home refinanced to get some cash out, I would suggest Ron and Turbo Mortgage. Steve Lewis1 StarDo yourself a favor and don’t use these people I just went through a mortgage refi cash out and the entire experience has been horrible!! They promise you the whole world string you along and don’t deliver I would give zero stars if I could! Justin acts nice enough but only tells you what you want to hear, the cash out was 3000 less than promised I was strung along for 3 weeks telling me I was going to close and when I finally was able they didn’t even contact the Notary, Justin gave me the woman’s number and she didn’t have a clue about closing and this was 2 hours before I was supposed to close, so they contacted a different notary and she couldn’t get to me till 4 hours after the original closing, ruining my plans for the evening, on top of everything they totally screwed up the list on what they were supposed to pay off, Justin assured me he would answer the phone if I had questions at closing and he never did, he just sent me a text message these people don’t have their stuff together at all I don’t know how they get good reviews because I am literally disgusted how all of this went down and wouldn’t send my worst enemy too them!!Saturday 26th April 2025
